Speaking of being glueckslos(luckless), I played the Euro Millionen lottery 3 times in a row and each time no winner was declared and the jackpot as a result had built itself up to about 180 million Euros. One of my good friends wrote a paper on how to win the lottery and your chances, including several equations. And acording to him, one's chances of winning this Euro Millionen was close to ZERO! I thought, that my statistical chances wouldn't improve, so I didn't buy a ticket this last week. And what do you know! Someone finally won! NOt just 1 winner, but 20 winners split the jackpot at about 9 mil. a piece. That's life!
